♦ 1:8 Nights
Youth help is needed for the Confirmation 1:8 Nights. Volunteer to join the CORE team for these nights. This is a great opportunity for leadership experience!
*All are welcome to attend any event at SJBYG. Teens only need to hand in a completed permission form and any related event fees to participate.

The Junior Youth Group program is for all 6th-8th graders.

♦ Edge Night
Saturday, May 26th
6:30pm-8:00pm
Join us in the Youth Room for a night of games, challenges, snacks, and movie clips! All those who are in grades 6th-8th are invited to attend.
Edge Nights: These nights are designed to allow Jr. High youth to come together in faith, fun, and fellowship. They provide an opportunity for youth to get to know others in their community that share their faith, and to grow closer to the Lord through one another. While these nights are designed to be a precursor to our High School Youth Program, they are in and of themselves an important part of forming youth to actively live, seek, and know their faith on a deeper level. ONE EIGHT (1:8) PROGRAM:
Part of the Jr. High program at SJBYG is the 1:8 program for Sacramental Preparation for candidates of Confirmation.
The One Eight program is modeled after Life Teen's Confirmation preparation program. It involves monthly meetings on the third Sunday of the month from 6:30pm-8pm. Parents are asked to participate by volunteering to help at at least one 1:8 night throughout the course of the year. We are in need of food volunteers, chaperones, small group leaders, set up crew, and more! Please let us know if you are interested in helping out in any way for SJBYG's 1:8 program by using any of the contact information below.
