♦ LOL Night (Lots Of Love)

Join us in the Youth Room for a delicious Valentine treat, fun Valentine games, and discussions about love. Ever wonder about the difference between "love" and "like"? We'll be talking about love in its different forms, its ultimate source in God himself, and the implications that has for us in our lives. You don't want to miss this love-filled night!

♦ Steubenville
July 13th - 15th
Downpayment of $40 is due December 30th to secure a spot for this summer Youth Conference in Ohio. For more information about this Conference visit the Steubenville website and click here.
♦ 1:8 Nights
Youth help is needed for the Confirmation 1:8 Nights beginning the 3rd Sunday of October. Volunteer to join the CORE team for these nights. This is a great opportunity for leadership experience!
*All are welcome to attend any event at SJBYG. Teens only need to hand in a completed permission form and any related event fees to participate.
Junior High - Edge
The Junior Youth Group program is for all 6th-8th graders.
News:
Drop-by Days: For all 6th-8th graders! This will give the Junior High an opportunity to hang-out, do homework, play games, and get to know one another in the Youth Room. These days will be hosted Thursdays after school until 6:00pm. We hope to see lots of SJB youth there!

Join us in the Youth Room for a night of games, challenges, snacks, and movie clips! All those who are in grades 6th-8th are invited to attend.

ONE EIGHT (1:8) PROGRAM:
Part of the Jr. High program at SJBYG is the 1:8 program for Sacramental Preparation for candidates of Confirmation.
The One Eight program is modeled after Life Teen's Confirmation preparation program. It involves monthly meetings on the third Sunday of the month from 6:30pm-8pm. Parents are asked to participate by volunteering to help at at least one 1:8 night throughout the course of the year. We are in need of food volunteers, chaperones, small group leaders, set up crew, and more! Please let us know if you are interested in helping out in any way for SJBYG's 1:8 program by using any of the contact information below.
February 1:8 Retreats!
The Overnight Confirmation Retreat begins Friday, February 10th at 7:00pm and concludes Saturday, February 11th at 10:00am. The One-day Confirmation Retreat is Saturday, February 25th from 1:00pm-6:00pm. We still need parent volunteers for food, set-up, and overnight chaperoning. We could use your time & talents! Please contact Marie Dooley if you are able to help.
